Sunrise Farms

I've been doing a little bit of work to practice practical vectors for use in logotypes, etc. Just something to continue rounding out my portfolio, because I need more real graphic design up there for anyone to take me seriously.

So, I put together this logotype set. I invented the business to be a network of various farms all under the same ownership. Therefore, the logo had to be immediately recongnizable as a farm under the corporate umbrella. Since it is in fact a farm, I wanted the look to be clean and modern, yet have a pastoral feel behind it, something that your average person would be comfortable with.

Yes, the Poultry one is a bit odd. And the grayscale one exists to show that the same logo style could be used for less colorful things, such as perhaps a letterhead or a business card or a fax template.
